Quick repairs!
The repairs only took three days and the car looked amazing when they were finished. The car was detailed which was a nice touch...like getting a new car. The collision center took care of the insurance paperwork so taking care of the payment details was seamless. Overall great experience!

Great Service
Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. My vehicle was done in less time than expected. They gave me a courtesy car when both my insurance and the car rental companies dropped the ball.

Don’t run into a deer with your brand new car.
Especially when your car is the first year of a body style.
Expect to wait months for parts to arrive.
W&L, however, did a great job on the repairs.

Body repair to back quarter panel

Lots of front end damage after my son hit a deer
My son hit a deer with our 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport and damaged the front end so badly that the vehicle had to be towed. The W&L Collision Center got me the estimate and ordered the parts just a few hours after I dropped off the key. While it took a few weeks until all of the parts came in (not their fault), after they had them it only took about a week to complete the repairs. It really looks like brand new and I'm very satisfied with the results.

Would highly recommend
I had an excellent experience with W&L Collision Center. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Handled everything from dealing with the insurance to getting me a rental car. I was given updates along the way. My repair was completed prior to the estimated time. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Bonus...my car was returned spotless inside and out. Thanks for the amazing service, my car is like brand new!

Excellent service
W&L collision center made the repair of my car easy after my husbands encounter with a deer. They worked directly with my insurance company, provided a courtesy car and thoroughly cleaned/detailed my car inside and out after the repair. Looking at my car now, there is no evidence of the deer encounter - it looks great. The repair was even finished sooner than expected, which worked well with coordinating picking up my car with my work schedule. Thanks for your assistance.

W&L was superb in every aspect
When a deer collides with your new car that has never even been scratched, it’s a bit traumatizing. I went in to W&L somewhat fearful our Forester would never be quite the same. Our vehicle came out looking and operating like it just came off the showroom floor. Every aspect of the process was superb. I’m very grateful and pleased to give them my highest recommendation.
