I have a BMW electric with a small reserve gas engine (i3). We had to get the gas engine smogged and it would not pass. Took it to three places including Modesto BMW (who doesn’t smog) and could not get it to pass. Brought it to VP, they ran their tests, told me the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the problem.
