Had an appointment for a Tuesday morning... i even double checked to be sure it was an AM service on the night before.... Truck never got done and i recieved no call or text explaining anything which would have fixed this mess. Oil change got done then wednesday by 2:30 and I reveived no apology or an explanation or a small discount for the headache it caused. I am simply being honest and hope that my constructive criticism helps to improve service.
