Won't fix my New car
I Bought a 2025 Tucson and it won't down shift right so I took it back to them and yes he said he put a update on it.. It ran worse and yes I called a few times and they didn't want to give me a loner car at first , had to talk to someone about it then as I been trying to get it fixed I ended up with health problems and yes that is when they gave me a loner car just like the one I bought and this one did great no issue, while I was in the hospital getting a heart Cath they called me there wanting there car back and wanted me to pick up mine .I was admitted in and was getting open heart surgery (double by pass )_they had my wife stay home and yes they brought my car back and picked up their car , they not only dropped it off but left it on empty after they stated they drove it around for a 100 miles how horrible ..so I was released for four days before the open heart surgery and yes I called to tell them that you have to push it to the floor to get it to shift and he said it is like that to save gas and drive it in sports mode..not right at all... It is not safe to drive ....very poor service and yes I will not get another one at all ...I am a Veteran and yes they disrespect me..
