I had an appointment for Saturday (yes, a Saturday!!) April 5, 2025 at Voss. I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately greeted by a team member. Him and other members of the service team were very kind and friendly. I was there to get an oil change and it took them about 45/50 minutes, which is great!! I've gone to other Hyundai dealerships (Beavercreek...) and they literally took hours and hours to complete the same exact service. I've never had any issues with Voss Hyundai service, even when I've gone in the past as well. I really appreciate the later appointment availability as well as Saturday availability as well. Very helpful for working moms, like myself!!! Thank you.
