I've had my VW worked on 3 times now at this dealership. Unfortunately, it's my only option short of driving 40-50 miles to another VW mechanic. Each time, I've had to return the car the next day after repairs were complete in order to address incomplete repairs or continuing problems. The last time, 3 new problems cropped up that had never been present before a completely separate repair was completed. The dealership's explanation was ludicrous; their solution was thousands in additional repairs. While incompetence is one thing, there's some evidence that problems were actually created in order to necessitate further repairs. Not only will I never go to this dealership again, I'll never buy a VW again. Unfortunate, since I've been driving them since I was 14.
