Find other alternatives. VA Tire & Auto sells defactive tires
I bought 4 tires from them and had them installed. In less than a week, I noticed a bump on one of the tires. I immediately went to the Chantilly location (That's the store I got them installed at) and showed them the bump on the tire. The guy told me that I must have caused it by not driving carefully and denied to help. I asked for replacement but they denied. Not only they sell inferior quality tires in expensive rates, they also have very bad customer service. I will never go to VA Tire & Auto again. Costco provides better customer service and their tires have lifetime warranty. With this type of customer service, VA Tire & Auto will lose all their customers.
