I made an appt for just an oil change at 11:30. It’s 2:30 and I’m still waiting. What is the point of making an appt. My husband also came here for VA inspection, which is walk in only, and they told him a time they’re usually not busy but it took 4 hours until they got to his truck. I don’t think it’s with the wait.
