I had an appointment for 10am 5/16 I arrived a few minutes early. About an hour into my appointment the technician came out and said I needed brakes I told him I am only here for tires three times I also told him to take a picture of what he is talking about and show me he left me stand at the counter without saying anything 10 minutes later he came back with the pictures that was poorly taken and said he apologized that he couldn’t take proper pictures, after that I see him walking around, checking out other customers and will not update me on my car so I then ask how long more do they have they told me soon at 12:20 someone else came out and said everything in red needs alignment and it will cost $99 I asked when tires are changed alignment is not included? He said no I said well I should have been told about that. I am very disappointed with this company and the service I received here, customers are not mechanics we should be told about the process and what is included and what is not. I will surely get Dateline to investigate this shop because I do not want what happened to me happen to someone else.
