YEAH BUDDY!
Took my truck in to have the drive line upgraded. The job called for the carrier bearing brackets to be cut off. So I took it to vintage, they got it done, quickly, the price was fair, but my favorite part is the fact that they went the extra mile, the knocked down the old welds and threw a coat of paint on it so it wouldn’t rust. Maybe not the biggest deal to most, but what that said to me was, these guys “give a shit!”. In my opinion, and or previous experiences, a lot of shops out there wouldn’t do that, with a mind set of “who cares, they will never see it, it’s on the undercarriage.” I would imagine that’s why this place of full of classics, customs, hot rods with their hoods up. Craftsmanship, seems to be going extinct. I’m glad to know there are still a few out there!
