I got a flat tire. When I took it to a brake repair franchise, the first thing the guy at the desk said was, "In case we can't fix this, do you want a new tire," I should've walked out the door.
A short time later, the guy called and said, hey, we can't fix the hole.
So, I picked up the tire, took it to Vince's and Brian said no problem.
