BEWARE OF VICTORY TOYOTA Local customer DONE
Over the last 10 years I have attempted on several occasions to both buy vehicles and after being met with either incompetent, dishonest or outright criminal sales people I've been forced to buy from other dealers further up north. As of this writing I just give up on even having victory try to service vehicles I've had to buy elsewhere. Same situation. The incompetent telephone staff, dishonest service advisors and incompetent customer service is breathtaking. I don't know how they can stay in business. Beware to all consumers do not do business here.

Local customer DONE

Hidden over charges
I was quoted a price over the phone I ok’d it
When I went to pickup my truck they had added over $700 of labor on top. I looked at the invoice and noticed that any item dealt with was charged at a $231 start up labor.
Example:
So light bulb change $231
Warning light on dashboard $231
And so on. It is a dealership ripoff
I challenged the labor cost and they refunded me one of the item labor cost of $231

The public is not made aware of these charges ahead of time.
Beware of this corrupt behavior

Deception
Toyota Camry Hybrid LE 2022. Car price 30.981. Auto white. Mileage 23.240. I was the owner of this car. There is a problem with the fuel system. On the panel where the speed. Shows a division of about 200 miles. But on the onboard computer. Indicates that refueling is required. These are different values. It looks like it's verbatim. Like a factory marriage. In this case . I had a dispute with a Toyota dealer in San Bruno. And I was denied a solution to this problem. And I had to trade this car! I was the owner of this car. But I turned to various organizations for help. Also deceived when selling and buying a new car. At their dealership. I lost all money. Literally. Be extremely careful.

The markups is straight robbery here!
They charge well over $10,000 msrp for cars that should not cost that much at all.No other Toyota dealership adds this much of a markup as they do.For that reason they always have barely any stock of cars, thats because the company doesn't send cars out to the dealerships with low sale numbers and high markups.The worst part is they will flat out lie to you and try to hide all the hidden fees.This place is a total scam and its sad it has to be this way for them.Dont buy or sell/trade in your car here, they will 100% take advantage of you.

Rip off
Bought a car here and Daniel assured us the price was the very best they can do. I found out a few days later that 48000.$ is about 8 k way over going price for hybrid rav4. We are senior citizens on fixed income and we/I stupidly believed them. I feel like an idiot and have lost faith in people ever being honest. DO NOT GO HERE

Keep your car
I bought a used car, with approved credit, i presented my insurance card valid, signed pay my down payment everything is done so far, but can give me the dam car because they wanted first put in my insurance this fucking car, WTF, i have my insurance and is supposed have 3 days to add this car on my insurance or wherever i decide to do, but they not give me anything until i add on my insurance FUCKING VICTORY TOYOTA keep your car.

Taken advantage of
I came in for an oil change and tire repair, I came out with a new tire and brakes. If I would have thought faster,,(I'm 74) I would have said no on the tire since I bought them at Costco. I finally thought about it and reached Costco who said it was under warranty but the service mgr said it was already on the car. I should have told him to take it off and put my old tire on but I didn't. I'm on SS and I can't afford $723 for one tire and brakes. Melody never took advantage of me. Expensive lesson for this old great grandmother.

Awful Sale Services
We bought a Toyota Camry LE 2019 used car and had an awful experience. After a few hours getting through signing all the papers, we were excited to go home with our car. The sale man handed us the car's key and congratulated us. We asked him about the second car's key. His replied was that they had only one key for this car. We were surprised because he never had mentioned this at the negotiating time. He told us that we could easily duplicate the car's key at many locations. We should have came back inside the dealer to complaint. I think we were too tired and did not know actual cost to make another key today. The next day we found that the key could only made from Toyota dealer, and it costs about $450. We called the sale man, and he said that he told us about this car had only one key. He said we should have bought the warranty. As buying the warranty, it would be free making key replacement. We continued the conversation for another few minutes and getting no solution. We then asked to speak with sale manager. The manager told us that the dealer did not make money selling this car, that we negotiated a good deal, that they gave us the all weather floor mat. Hence, he could not make us the second car's key for free. However, he could text/email us a discount. We agreed to that. Two weeks have passed, we still not received any text/email regarding the discount.
Regarding the all weather floor mat, we found out that the floor mat actually did not the right fit for Toyota Camry LE 2019. It was partially covered the gas medal. Again, we tried to text the sale man about the floor mat and the discount codes for second car's key. We got no response.
This was our third experience of owing a Toyota. The two previous experiences of buying and many experiences of taking our Toyota for services from different dealers were quite pleasant. We did not have awful services, like here at Victory Toyota. When you decide to visit here, I wish the best.

Highly Recommend!
All too often compliments go unsaid and only negative things are posted about businesses. Today I want to complement the staff of Victory Toyota. I found the specific vehicle (even down to the color) I was looking for at the facility via an online search. From the first contact via phone to the completion of the transaction they were professional and accommodating. The accommodating point is critical considering I was going to travel 400 miles from Southern California to pick up the vehicle. Everything they promised and agreed to with no changes. I can’t recommend then enough and a big thank you to the Tomas (salesman), Jorge (sales manager), the finance team, and the GM. All were professional and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Great Serving
I went to Victory Toyota for an oil change and was expecting to wait for a while, but I was in and out in no time! The service manager was also very friendly.

Best service I've ever had.
I took my Corolla in to Victory to have it's oil changed when my usual place was closed (I think they had a power outage or something). I have been so impressed with them Brett in the service department that I have kept coming back. No trying to sell me stuff I don't need or stuff like that. I just decided I need a new car, so I'm going to be coming in to buy a Camry soon.

Fast Oil Changes
I took my 2017 4Runner to get an oil change and was expecting to wait awhile. The service manager is amazing and had me in and out in no time.

not doing business there in the future
very sad and disappointed that Victory Toyota has Laid off one of there 'supposedly' family members!
We will not do business there any longer! hope others will follow.
