Just bought a 2025 outlander PHEV
I felt unwelcome at first. We got in the showroom to find a salesperson far away from the front door seating at his/her desk waiting for us to come to him/her. He/She was very much in a hurry to get us in a car for a test drive. We felt like he/she wasn’t listening to us and was mainly focus on saling. Then we met with the manager who slowed things down which was very nice. The only other thing was that we didn’t get much instruction about all the electronics in the car which I don’t think that it’s safe. We drove off the lot to park across the street to figure out the basics. It’s hard to ask questions about things that you don’t know exist. We’ve been told that if we have any questions we were welcome to go back to the dealer for an answer … we also work for living and we don’t have much space time to drive back and forth.
