Helped when we were stranded
Our engine overheated on I-88 on a Wednesday. We were 250 miles from home and needed to get home that day. Triple A towed us to Monsers, but they could not help us until the following week. The Chevy dealer was scheduling two weeks out. We called a couple of other garages with no luck. Vic's said they would help. They treated us with great respect and kindness. They found the problem and fit us, in even though they were as busy or busier than other places we had tried. In two hours, they had us on our way. They certainly did not take advantage of us, even though they could have done so. We checked with our mechanic when we got home. He said the price was fair and the car was in good shape. Vic's even called us the next day to make sure we got home safely.
