Cannot believe how helpful they were
Seriously this shop is great. I’ve always felt taking vehicles to a shop is a little intimidating due to my lack of vehicle knowledge, but there was no issue with that here. The lady at the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable and her husband (one of the mechanics i think? They might be the owners?) was as well. They both talked with me to help troubleshoot/narrow down the issue, based on what i was describing. I came in on a Friday and they were able to get my truck scheduled for Monday (i think they would’ve done same day but my issue was potentially extensive). They knew i drove from an hr away to see them and didnt really have a way back, so they prioritized what could be done in a single day and noted outstanding fixes for when we i wanted to work on them in the future (i already scheduled another appointment a week after).

Beyond me, i noticed them being very helpful to other customers in person and on the phone.

Really really great experience and the glowing reviews are well deserved. Don’t let the fact that this is a gas station shop deter you, it is really great.

Three Years Strong!
I’m a college student at SUNY and I first started bring my car here three years ago. Never had a bad experience. Definitely go here for any car troubles. It’s right in main street so easily accessible as well!

Amazing customer service
