ITS THE WROST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE
NEVER RECOMMENDING THESE GUYS AGAIN TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY . AND DEFINITELY NOT BUYING THE NEXT CAR FROM THEM.

Negligence and Failure from Day One
The vehicle was delivered to me with a loose battery connector, a basic and critical item that should have been identified during a proper pre-delivery inspection. Because of this negligence:

-The car failed on the second day of ownership

-I had to jump-start the vehicle twice

-I personally diagnosed the issue and returned to the dealership

-Only then was the problem acknowledged and corrected

-This alone significantly undermined my confidence in the dealership’s inspection standards.

-Current Breakdown and Complete Lack of Support

-AFTER 2 DAYS the vehicle failed again, this time showing the dashboard warning:
“ENGINE MALFUNCTION – SERVICE ENGINE.”

The vehicle is completely undriveable.

When I contacted the service department, I was told I would need to wait at least one week for an appointment. I requested a courtesy vehicle and was bluntly refused, being told to contact sales instead.

Failure to Register VIN – Stranded Without Assistance

When I contacted Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance, I was informed that my VIN is not registered in the system, despite the vehicle being purchased brand new. I was advised to contact the dealership to correct this before any help would be provided.

As a customer, I must ask:
How am I expected to trust this vehicle in the long run?
How can I feel confident traveling with my family, knowing the vehicle may fail without warning?

Even if repaired, the doubt remains. I will constantly question whether the car will leave us stranded again. This is not the peace of mind one expects from a new vehicle purchase.

AND TO ADD they promised some accessories during the sales which were not delivered yet , after asking multiple times I have just heard we will check and get back to you. AND NOW SALES PERSON DO NOT EVEN ANSWER CALL AND TEXTS.
