When making my appointment I explained in detail why my 2020/F250 needed service. I explained in detail that I did not want to bring the vehicle in until the part was available. The service operator took the time to put me on hold and verify that the part was in stock, so I confirmed an appointment. When I arrived at the service department (30 mins early) I was asked if I was dropping off or waiting. I explained to the service advisor (Matthew Magnusson) what the issue was and that the repair literally takes 20 minutes start to finish. I then asked if I could pick my vehicle up by 11:00 am (3.5 hours later) and he said that he could not do that; he needed it all day. What is the purpose of making an appointment if when you arrive at the dealership and your vehicle is going to sit for 5 or 6 hours? I then asked how long if I wait and was given a 2 + hour wait time. Again, why even make the appointment. It is unacceptable to conduct business in this manner. I'm not sure what has changed at the service department of this dealership but it’s not good. My business partner and I have purchased more than 2m worth of Ford Trucks and Vans over the years. It is very disappointing to see Ford and their dealerships in such decline. There are more frustrating details to my experience and I am sure this review will not be read or dealt with. Poor Management will catch up with your owners at some point.
