Bad service
The fact that, we went to a different car shop to fix our issues kinda annoyed me. Picked up our vehicle today and the whole key hole ignition is gone and the front fender is broken too. I asked for the surveillance footage and they denied that too. They even blamed the towing company too.

WOW. Let’s take a moment to review the actual timeline, because apparently the facts need a little help keeping up.

Your vehicle arrived at our facility on August 27, quite literally dropped off by a tow truck. We had to contact the tow company and have them return with the keys and provide us with the customer’s name and contact information.

Upon arrival, the vehicle already had obvious pre-existing damage. The keyholes had been punched in, and the vehicle would not lock. Those were the conditions of the vehicle when it arrived—not damage we created after the fact.

We made multiple attempts to have you come in and complete the required paperwork. You did not show up. After repeated attempts to get the situation properly documented, we made the decision to treat the vehicle as ABANDONED and proceed accordingly.

You later called us yourself to check on the status of the vehicle. During that conversation, you were clearly informed that we still did not have authorization to perform work on the vehicle.

Then came the paperwork.

The person you sent in to complete it apparently decided to get creative with the date and wrote 9/1/24 on paperwork that was actually being completed on 9/4/2026.

That’s an interesting choice.

If we're going to discuss what happened, let's discuss what actually happened. 2024 was two years ago. 2026 is the current year. Changing the date on a document does not change the timeline, the condition of the vehicle when it arrived, or the fact that we repeatedly attempted to get the necessary paperwork completed.

We have been doing this long enough to understand the difference between a legitimate misunderstanding and an attempt to rewrite the the facts.

Fortunately, we don't have to rely on stories, assumptions, or conveniently adjusted dates. We have the vehicle's condition, the timeline, our communications, and the paperwork.

So, by all means, let's stick to the facts.

Good try, though.
