Terrible and Dishonest
If I could give this dealership a 0, I would. Their customer service is terrible and they lack integrity.

My daughter found a car she wanted, and I tried negotiating a rate with the dealership. They offered a discount, but when the agreement was sent, it was $800 less than promised. Despite this, we decided to proceed.

On our way to pick up the car, I texted the salesperson for the Carfax and confirmed our arrival. Near Waco, the salesperson called to say the car had been sold. My daughter was heartbroken, and the salesperson was rude when I questioned their service.

They didn't honor the discount and sold the car while we were en route, claiming we took too long to respond. I have texts and emails to prove otherwise. I wouldn't trust this dealership with my money, and I doubt they treat other customers any better. After reading some other reviews, it seems I'm not the only person they have done this to.
