My experience started with Kohen in the Business Development Center, who was incredibly responsive and set the tone for a seamless day. When I arrived, my salesperson, Chris Justice, was friendly, approachable, and completely on the same page as Kohen. Chris listened, wasn't pushy at all, and took my exact requests straight to his GSM. I expected the usual dealership BS, but there was absolutely none of that.
I told them if we could agree on terms and get me out of there by 4:00 PM for dinner plans, they had a deal. They met my timeline with zero friction. Everett in Finance knew my schedule, respected my time, and completely bypassed the typical high-pressure pitch.
There was a minor hiccup with the delivery—my black Tacoma TRD Pro had sat dirty on the lot, and their service shuttle radius is a bit tight for out-of-towners like me (28 miles away). However, the team went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly scheduled a full detail and an appointment to fix a minor seat issue. To top it off, their driver, Gary, picked me up later that afternoon and provided the absolute best service recovery experience I’ve ever had.
