I had to call several numbers as the first number shown on the internet was a nonworking number.
I ended up calling the sales department, who told me they didn’t know the main number or any other numbers, transferred me to phone numbers that just rang and didn’t go to voicemail.
Finally, I found a phone number that rang 10 times, went to recording that stated your call is important to us, etc., and instead of going to a whole pattern, went back to rain.
After 53 rings, someone named Sadie picked up.
Sadie was perfunctory at best, extremely bored, but eventually made the appointment.
I was not expecting anything good happen when I arrived.
However, when I got there, the process was efficient, staff very nice, and the waiting room well appointed.
The experience was made very difficult by trying to get through their phone system.
Next time I think I’ll just drive in and ask to make an appointment rather than try to call.
