Routine servicer
Due to the amount of service you can no longer do customer service I have been use to 8 years ago. It is just a system of people coming and going. After a hour and 15 minutes I hear nothing and so I went back and asked how soon would the car be ready. The answer was "I don't know, we are running behind" I was not told someone would check and get back to me.
