NEVER TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP
Vancouver Mitsubishi
This dealership is full of scam artists and liars . If I could leave 0 stars, that’s exactly what they would deserve.
I purchased a vehicle from Josh in sales, who apparently doesn’t work there anymore and Andrew Goh was the financial service manager. First of all, I live out of province so I had to TRUST what I was being told by the dealership on the condition of the vehicle. Tons of video calls, texts and emails later I proceeded with the purchase. The purchase included an amount taken off the price for a broken entertainment screen and an agreement was made that my local LandRover dealership was to fix a door handle and paid by Vancouver Mitsubishi on the day that it was fixed, there was a legal document signed by their financial manager and myself stating that VANCOUVER MITSUBISHI PROMISE to pay. The day I took it to be fixed in my home town ( part of the agreement) Deniz Mehmedi was called for payment and he absolutely REFUSED TO PAY, saying that I was responsible to pay the entire bill.
Two days later after stewing on what had happened I called Deniz and he TRIED to word salad me into believing that they were not responsible. Sorry Deniz but your math skills are either lacking or you should try selling your BS to someone who can’t follow your lies. Little did he know that I kept all the records, documents, texts etc. specifically stating that they promised to pay for the fix. So I then reached out to Ben Lao the GM. The first email was on Jan 7,2026 with no response back. Then I proceeded to email AGAIN on Jan 22,2026. I finally got a response but have yet to hear back, even after several other emails with receipts and documented proof. I have called and called, emailed and emailed and NOBODY seems genuine enough to call back or email. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
Also, they failed to disclose how bad the brakes were in the back of the car and the chip in the windshield, both issues I was reassured were in excellent shape and no rock chips.
I am in contact with One West Auto Group which owns this disgrace of a dealership but I will see where that gets me.
After all of this , I KNOW this dealership is a total disgrace to the Mitsubishi name, their employees have no conscience and will tell you lies and anything you want to hear to make a sale. NEVER BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OUT OF PROVINCE!!!
