Long, long wait.
This spring I was in a major road collision that was rightfully deemed 0% my fault. I held off purchasing a car for months due to my anxiety with dealing with car dealerships in the past. This was my first car purchase in nearly 10 years, and this experience at Vancouver Mitsubishi confirmed my hesitations.

I was made to wait nearly 4 and a half hours just to do the finance & insurance paperwork after the sale was basically signed and done. The salesman was barely seen again after I was left waiting. The other staff apologized again and again, but offered no solution to me sitting on my hands for the better part of a day.

I had prepared for the purchase: booked the appointment ahead of time, submitted the information needed for a credit check brought the necessary paperwork I was required to, called my financial institution earlier in the day, and yet I was still somehow punished for this locations' lack of planning.

The staff individually were quite friendly to me on an individual level; I would like to point out Shayan, Chris & Gaurav still left a positive impression. So far, happy with this new vehicle, but I am hoping it will be another 10 years before I need to purchase another one.
