Cap was snatched off when my battery was changed by AAA
I only used their service station for inspections and emissions when I have to go there, and maybe gas. However, within a two week span of having two services done, when my car wouldn’t start on 13 December 2024 and I. Called AAA, when the technician opened the hood of my car, he noticed that the coolant Cap was literally snatched off of my car! When I confronted the management, on 14 December 2024, all of them were trying to put the blame on one another and one of them came out with a plastic Ziploc bag and a rubber band, to put over my coolant to secure the fluid from coming out, which was unsatisfactory on my part, and all they did was talk in Arabic and didn’t even try to get a cap or anything, and after a half an hour of speaking with these ppl and them deflecting, I left. This will be the last time I will ever have any kind of work done by this group! All they do is use customers and break things on your car and then talking in their own language, behind your back or in front of you, instead of telling you what’s going on. Their service is terrible and use them at your own risk. Had AAA of not replaced my battery, I would’ve known that cap was missing! All they do is speak in their native tongue and cheat the average customer and will do nothing to assist the customer, if anything goes wrong with your car. I will never go to that Exxon ever again in life!
