Linda said they were so slow, it took way too long, they had it for 2 weeks, she took it in on a Monday, they said on Wednesday she could pick up, then they said it was going to be the next week.

Beattie said he took his vehicle to this repair facility on June 1st. It was 6 months later before he got it back. After it was at the business for 2 months he went to the business to check the status. The computer needed to be replaced and although he had prepaid for the part it had never been ordered. By September the part had come in however the technician was not there for service and no one else would install the part. He ended up having to purchase another vehicle due to the inconvenience and 6 months later he is just getting his vehicle back from the repair since June.

Mike said overall the customer service was good. The cost of the light cover was over $200, which was a shocker, since they cost $60 or $80 online.

David said Val used to work on his vehicles. They do really good. They gave him the best price and they let him bring his own parts. He got it ready when he said he would. He's just really helpful.

Nelson said service has been fantastic, Charlie and Val have been good to him, he has had nothing but excellent service from them, he couldn't find a bunch of better people to work with. They are straight up, honest, they don't try to get him to do something he doesn't want to do.

Always great service
At Val's, they do much more than the minimum they need to get by. For instance, they just installed a hitch assembly on my SUV, and they upgraded some of the parts so that it would be stronger and safer.
