2014 Ford flex front wheel drive SEL
Awesome very very satisfied at first when my car came out of the shop it looked like the computer was trying to readjust itself then after a few days it was much better they did transmission service and and pump transport case rebuilt overall very positive experience they were great but canister great very informative answered all my questions hopefully my car will last many many much miles 2014 Ford flex front wheel drive

Friendly and quick service
We’ve had work done here a couple of times and we have come away both times extremely pleased. Down to earth customer service, always polite and professional. I wouldn’t take our vehicles elsewhere for major services.

Absolutely the Best in the Desert!
Valley Transmission and Auto Repair are the best repair shop around. Fair prices, and good people. They rebuilt my transmission in my 2001 Blazer, and they did a great job. It shifts perfectly now.

Unsatisfied Customer
Highly unsatisfied. Took my car in to get a diagnosis on why engine light was on and blinking and when blinking car loss of power. When I was told car was ready all that was given to me was printed paper telling me my key was lose, which I told them it was so to be careful and my catalyst was clogged which I found unlikely because it had been replaced like a year prior. But we went ahead and replaced the catalyst again ( not with them) and still engine light on and still blinking. A waste of $90 to get a diagnosis with them, I called and told them I wanted a print out of the diagnosis taken on my car that I paid $90 for. Their response was they don’t do that I then told them well where are the codes they pulled on my car from the diagnosis, after going back and forth they ended up sending an email with a link to see the codes BUT when trying to get to link it was useless because it wouldn’t let me get in it. So here I am again trying to figure out my cars problem myself by Google. I live on a fixed income and I trusted this auto shop to be reliable and I was let down.

Amazing service and concern
Eddie, Kim, and the whole team are incredible people. We absolutely love them, and have for years. All of my cars have been fixed at this shop. They are understanding and friendly and compassionate and help in any way they can. I never doubt that my car isn't gonna be great when I get it back. I will ONLY go here for any of my car needs.
