DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
I took my Civic there for a pretty basic problem with the key fob not communicating and the car won’t start. It took them almost 3 full days before I knew what they were gonna even do and they had a locksmith come out which we paid for and didn’t even fix the issue. Alex almost never called back. I had to initiate almost every communication we had. It was such a poor experience I paid to have my car towed to another shop because Alex and Express had such poor service and Alex was also very rude and unprofessional when he spoke with my wife! STAY AWAY!
