Doug said he thought it was expensive for what the employee did and although prices were agreed on in advance, he still thought it was expensive since he normally does all the work himself but this job was out of his skill level. Doug said the employee did a good job diagnosing the vehicle and the employee even gave him advice on an air conditioning problem that he later fixed on his own. Doug said he believes the employee was competent and knew what he was doing.
