Untrustworthy and scamming business
If I could give this auto service place zero stars I would. I HIGHLY do not recommend going here. First off they are not a auto body shop, they are a auto service. They are rude, incompetent, & deceitful people. Specifically the owners of the place, Ella & Fred. A friend had recommended this place after I had gotten into a collision. I sent her pictures of my automobile before I brought my car in & she had responded to my photos at first glance & had given me an estimate of around $2000. This was what she had in mind just looking at the photos. She had said once they look into car more thoroughly that the price of the damages were to increase. After leaving my vehicle at their shop for about a week the final breakdown of the damages were now $4500. During the time my car was there she had continuously sent pictures of the damages they had found which in the end amounted to the $4500. She said they only take cash or bank cards. However speaking to her in person she was relentless in having me pay in cash. With the finalized cost, everything was set to be paid $4500 in cash. Last minute I decided to claim it under my car insurance policy & that is when I find out she had charged my insurance $6500. I was in disbelief to hear that the price had gone up from the last time we had spoken which was when I was still willing to pay the $4500 upfront in cash. She never updated me on the "supposedly" new damages that amounted to $6500. She decided to process this new amount to my insurance without my knowledge. It also took her a whole month to fix the damages on my vehicle as she had said it would be completed in only 2 weeks. When my vehicle was returned to my possession, I had found a new dent on the passenger side door. I contacted Ella to inform her of the new dent & her response was, "I know it wasn't there before, it wasn't there when my husband cleaned your car." She implied I had caused the dent moments after I had picked it up. They dented my car & refuse to fix it. I have attached a photo of the dent that have caused. I would not even bother doing business with these people. They will scam the hell out of you.
