Definition of the phrase "run around"
Much like the street this is located on this place is shady. Ended up buying a car from them, and overall it's fine, but it's obvious they tried to hide some damage in the back. They used masking tape, some non matching paint and had the rear wiper on upside down (It was literally wiping the painted portion of the rear). My first clue should have been when I showed up from 4 hours south to test drive it and the radio and seat didn't even work. (They did fix the seat and radio after about a week of trying to negotiate with them about it) How was this not noticed by them before trying to sell?
But all in all, some of that was on me. The part that really makes them 1 star for me is how dishonest their sales guy Scott is. I spent two months trying to call and text to get the things that they forgot to ship with the car. Literally just needed them to send me a box with the extra key fob and rear head rest that mysteriously vanished from the vehicle between the time I test drove it and it shipping. 2 months of him promising he would send it, and then 2 or 3 times it was "in the mail", and yet somehow, I never got the items. I've tried to call them to talk to someone else, but he screens the calls.
Thank god I don't seem to have a lemon, but I would suggest trying elsewhere in case you aren't as lucky. They can't even send me a box in the mail, they certainly won't help you with anything else.
