I would like to take a moment and refute Mr. S's statement. As is sometimes the case with these reviews, there is more to this situation than is listed. He failed to mention that prior to us beginning work on the vehicle, it had already been taken to two mechanics. Also, once we received the vehicle, the majority of the under-the-hood components were literally in boxes in the bed of the truck. Regardless, a price for our services was agreed upon by both parties. The price never wavered from the original conversation. The repairs were performed and Mr. S. took possession of the vehicle. It was brought back to our shop for warranty work which consisted of an oil leak. Due to health issues we were left shorthanded for a short time. Because of this, we had fallen behind with our job turnover. Before the warranty work could be performed, Mr. S. took possession of the vehicle and it was removed from our property. Regardless, it is NEVER our intention for our customers to feel as if they've been "conned" or defrauded in any way. We strive to offer honest and dependable work at an honest and fair price. It is unfortunate that Mr. S. feels this way, this was not our intention. As a business owner himself, he should know that no matter how hard you try, there are some customers/situations that cannot be satisfied.
