Transmission 1 year warranty

Took it back 3 times already maybe 4.Just got it back.now I have to take it back again for another Transmision.im thinking of getting a lawyer.U.s.Autocare is just wasting my time.

Transmission

It's been 2 weeks of back and forth .Now I gotta take it back again.ill post how many times I take it backits been three times so far.

, we have communicated with you about the process for the warranty and our vendor explained they needed us to perform a repair to fix the issue before they warranty the transmission you came and we performed the repair I clearly explained to you the process again , that if the repair failed then the vendor can warranty the transmission. Completely understand the frustration but everything was and has been explained to you regarding the process .

Attempting to make payment by phone he refuses abd hangs up on me

My experience has not been that great due to my only vehicle I have and my car being towed outside my service area and had to pay out of pocket for my repairs and around the holidays coming up with 3200.00 plus 300.00 gas and back to Sacramento and need a clear understanding that I need my vehicle and you guys will get paid In full Narissa Coker

Thank you for following up with me you made 2 attempts to call and when you call you let the phone ring 2 than hang up, and when I call back you dont answer and yes I would have been out there but In the last months dealing with progressive who Initially had my vehicle towed there for some odd reason I have made several trips out there , which caused me a financial burden of over 3000.00$ In hotel Gas expenses which I couldn't afford and lost 10,000$ with progressive and yes I did have someone call on my behalf because of how you were treating me and I just had a break down I will be sending a certified payment to you that's easier for me and who wouldn't pay for there Porsche Truck to get out the shop...that's my families car and I will be there to pick It up, you were such a nice gentleman when you asked me and my dude that were stranded In the Calibria parking lot If we needed help

December 24 you will have 2000.00$ sent by certified mail Monday...Eddie I haven't received the original contract I signed I would like to go over that with my dad payment Is fine but he would like to see It. He has a brand new Corvette and hes not sure about work performed without a warranty....spoke with owner advised of certified payment for 2000.00$ due to Covid most locations are closed so that puts a strain on everything but you will get your money...I havent drove..my baby sense September Dam.Progressive and I have been trying to make a paynent by phone he the owner answered and said this is not a circus and hung up i called 8 times to make payment he refused to answer he wants to or trying to keep my porsche which is not going to happen i emaiiled him my credit card Information for payment Edward has not responded im here in Sacramento the car place US Auto Riverside CA and my vehicle was towed there through insurance claim and it it took your mechanics 4 customers prior to me to fix my vehicle i requested for my original service agreement to be sent prior to payment to assure what we agreed on it has not been sent you agreed not to charge storage fees now the price increased from 2600.00$ to 3200.00$ now 3500.00$ I want my vehicle released withiout prejudence you advice me of a shuttle service but also advised only were able to pick up one person and that my boyfriend could not accomadate he would need to take uber and hes the one excepting financial responsability

WE ARE NOT GONNA KEEP GOING OVER THIS WITH YOU YOUR VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT HERE BY YOU ACTUALLY YOU DROVE IT NEXT DOOR THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE AND YOU REQUESTED YOUR VEHICLE BE BROUGHT HERE. YOU MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOUR VEHICLE WAS FORCEFULLY BROUGHT HERE . SECONDLY AS STATED MANY TIMES YOUR VEHICLE ARRIVED MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AGO WAS COMPLETED MORE THAN A MONTH AGO . NO WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PARTIAL PAYMENT AND BE STUCK HOLDING YOUR VEHICLE WHO KNOWS HOW LONG . THIS ISN'T A GAME AND GIVING US A BAD REVIEW ON EVERY SERVICE BECAUSE WE PROVIDED A SERVICE AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAY IS VERY IMMATURE. WE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN COURTEOUS BY ALLOWING THIS TO DRAG ON AS LONG AS IT HAS UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS A BUSINESS AND THE ACTION THE OWNER SPOKE TO YOU ABOUT IS ALREADY TAKING PLACE. LET ME REMIND YOU WE HAVE BEEN PROMISED PAYMENT SINCE DEC 13TH . THANK YOU
