had my car towed in
thanks to Matt and the team. our mini coupe wouldn't start so we had AAA tow it to Baldwinsville. Called and explained the situation and got the usual no problem, we'll try to look at it later today.
They did look, found the problem ordered the part and we were ready for pick up the next day. Always top notch service and response...

Was able to make an appointment for the next day! Issue was resolved in less than a one day. Matt is great at following up & explaining each diagnosis. An expired parts only warranty on calipers was honored by Upstate. Thank You!!

Job well done
The first person I spoke with was Matt. We discussed the work necessary to bring my 2014 BMW with about 125 thousand miles, and looks practically new, and runs great, up to speed safety wise. He gave me an estimate, the work was done, and the drive home felt terrific!

As usual, the service I received was top notch! Service on my vehicle before storing it for the winter was excellent! Staff is professional and friendly and Logan did a great job going over the vehicle and taking care of what needed to be done. This shop is the best for servicing my vehicles!
