Horrible. Claimed I needed a new motor after keeping my truck for 2 weeks. Took it to the dealership to find out it was a ground wire. They disconnected exhaust, intake manifold, and radiator hoses. They didn't reconnect any of it. New management sucks. Would not let them change a tire let alone work on an engine.

Don't go there Ever!!
Took my pick up in for diagnosis for crank no start. First they said it was timing problem then said timing was fine. Then said it was valve issue and recommend not fixing and said they recommend swapping motor. I said no because it's a 2003 not worth it. I towed home only to find they removed bolts from exhaust and didn't put back. Left everything off from radiator hose to throttle body hose. I found a loose ground wire and it fires right up. Now the water pump draining all over. So basically they charged me 200 dollars to tear up my vehicle. They have no clue what they are doing. I'd give them -10 stars

Great Service
Unruh Automotive has worked on my 2007 Chevy Suburban three different times performing repairs. Each occasion has been fantastic and Ken is great to deal with. The work was top notch, the pricing is fair and everything is up front. I can't say enough great things about this shop and their work. Highly recommend!

She completely trusted what he told her, even when it was bad news. She had a quote from another facility, and he informed her she would not need that. She said she felt she can count on Ken to be very honest. She has already recommended this business, 120 percent, and will stop going anywhere else for service.
Randy said he had to leave his vehicle an extra day because the facility was short on mechanics, and they were not able to look at his vehicle. They got it done by the next day, and it was less expensive than he expected. He is happy with the service.
