Charged for a free balance and rotation
Because I purchased tires here, I went back for a free balance and rotation. My truck had a minor vibration before the balance and rotation. After the free balance and rotation, my truck had a more severe vibration and it was very noticeable to my wife and me. She said it was hard to hold on to the wheel at certain speeds. I took it back and after keeping it a whole day and everyone driving it, they said they could not find any vibration. But the serviceman decided to remove and rebalance the tires again. They charged me $148.00 dollars and they said they could not find anything wrong or any vibration. But immediately driving home, the vibration was gone and the truck ran smoothly. My wife agreed. We drove it on an 18 hour trip one way and discussed among ourselves how smooth the truck was without any vibration. Our conclusion is the first balance was not properly performed and the second balance corrected the problem, but it came at a cost of $148.00 to us for a "free balance and rotation". I recommend for tires but not for service, especially balancing and charges.
