Purchasing a car was simple and they promised the world with their service department. Let's get to this service department and my not great experience. My 1-year-old car has been in the shop for nearly a week with possibly a transmission issue according to the message that came on my screen. It has not even been looked at yet, just sitting at the service department and no kind of loaner, a rental has been available to me (yes, I have asked multiple times). Also, if you don't reach out to them you will not get an update on your vehicle. It is very inconvenient and embarrassing to call around and look for a ride. Yes, my car is still under warranty, and I even purchased an extended warranty. Again, great car purchasing experience, BUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS!
