Substandard service department.
I bought my G80 Genesis in 2023 and it's a very nice luxury car. I took my car to the Universal Genesis for a tire pressure low light. They did a service, tire rotation and a wheel alignment while I waited. The low pressure light was fixed during the service. I go home with no issues. Next day one of the tires low pressure light came on again. My tire light shouldn't be on the next morning. So I take it back and they look it to figure out what wrong with it. The service person says too me " You have a nail in your tire". Oh boy, they didn't look at the tires when they did the tire rotation and balance. So this is a serious mishap that they missed. I am leaving this review because if you take your car to Universal Hyundai Genesis you will get the same caliber of service. The service manager called and asked me not to leave a bad customer service experience.

Genesis Maintenance Program isn't all that special
This visit at the tail end of my 36 month maintenance program was a less than acceptable experience. A simple oil change and multi point inspection led to three additional service recommendations but much to my dismay NONE of them were covered by my 36 Month 100% Genesis Maintenance/Service Program.

Mostly good
Hard to get an appointment by phone using the main number. Had to go in person to find out I needed the Genesis tech number because
the Genesis coordinator you get transferred to never answered the phone or returned my phone calls.

Mal Servicio mi carro Génesis G80 2018 ha estado en reparación más de lo que he podido disfrutar , es un vehículo totalmente inseguro su motor se ha calentado 4 ocasiones y remolcado en grúa.
Tengo un Génesis G80 2018 y desde que lo compre se ha calentado en 4 ocasiones y remolcado en grúa. En estos 2 años y medio ha tenido que estar en el taller por otras fallas. No es un carro seguro .

2020 Genesis G70 Brakes are horrible
I have less than 20,000 miles on my G70. I just had a complete brake job in the spring and they're bad again. Genesis can't get replacement rotors. I've been waiting for over a month (and counting). Brakes still aren't fixed and vehicle isn't drivable.
