Colter said the last time he visited this business, it was amazing. They did a good job on the transmission when he took it in for a leak. They told him that it wasn't under warranty but covered the charge anyway, which was nice. However, he asked them to look at an alternator issue because the alternator wasn't charging the battery. They told him it was a battery connection issue and charged him $108 to change the battery cords. On his way home the vehicle died because the battery was not charged. He had to abandon the vehicle 45 miles from home and then come back the next day. They did a really good job but he wishes they would have looked at the vehicle more thoroughly and put in a new alternator so that wouldn't have happened.
