Not friendly, all denial, 0/5
I took my vehicle in on 8/26 for a brake flush and an oil change. - mind u oil light was not on nor oil change light - never had any problems with the cars engine - last time I was here told the car scored almost a perfect score on their health scale. Came back to get my car after 7 hours (took all day with an appointment) they didn't check the small things like tire pressure and a cracked in my windshield wiper fluid container - I mentioned when I dropped it off. - they said I was good to go. The next week even though it was barely driven as I went out of town shortly after it was done for a few days I came back and the oil light was on.... so weird - maybe they accidentally turned it on when they changed the oil. I try to reset it - can't, I check the oil- there's no oil!!!! How did that happen?!?! I go put 3 qtz in it (it's a 6 quarter engine) still isn't reading on the dipstic. I ended having to put more then 8 quartz a day in it due to it losing so much oil. When I take it back in just a few weeks later - they claim it's not their fault even though they touched the oil and now it's leaking everywhere and they couldn't have known it was leaking (5 quartz a day) when it never did before - but they couldn't know.. . It was all random bad luck and want me to pay $900 for them to fix it!! Absurd!!!
