Thieves operating a shady auto body shop
If Geico and or any other Insurance Company recommends Ultra Shine Collision to you to get your car repaired after an accident, REJECT their recommendation outright or else the below will happen to you.

1. Keith Zagwyn who works at this body shop called me after I took my car to them for repairs through Geico and told me they need to remove the rear tires but they can't find the wheellock key. I told him I last saw that key inside of the trunk. He said it was not there. He told me to buy new wheellocks. But as you can clearly see in the two of the pictures attached, that Keith Zagwyn took before repairing my car, the wheellock key was right there resting. So, they stole all four wheellocks and the key. These two pictures were among 14 pictures Keith Zagwyn emailed me after I had requested for them on numerous occasions. He Keith Zagwyn uploaded 37 pictures total to Geico database.

2. The remaining 6 pictures were taken by me after the repairs. This shop stole the original rocker panels that were secured onto my car with white clips and replaced them with scratched ones on both sides of the car and screwed them in place with two screws on each side. But what they forgot to do was to put back in place, the two splash guard covers and you can clearly see these two covers sticking out on both sides of the car. Those two splash guard covers were held in place to the original rocker panels. Mind you, repairs were done to the rear of the car that cost over $9,000.00 dollars.

3. Also find attached are four pictures I took on April 8th 2023 with the original rocker panels with no scratches. Say no to ultra shine collision of Marlborough if your insurance company recommends them to you.

UPDATE: Found out yesterday the passenger side rearview mirror for the driver was also swapped out by Ultra Shine Collision. Picture is attached. Keith Zagwyn, Jeff and the entire shop are running a CRIMINAL AUTO PARTS swapping enterprise/scheme at this auto body shop.

Repairs after accident.
I cannot give a true review as I have not seen or driven the car. I am out of the country and my sons picked up the car. They say it looks and drives just fine.

Subaru Repair Experience
I was involved in a small collision with minor front-end damage. Ultra Shine was on my insurance’s list of options and I chose it based on being a Certified Subaru Collision Center. I was treated with both professionalism and warm kindness, my vehicle was ready on time / when they promised, and I absolutely recommend their services, no matter what kind of car you have or what the damage is - you will be treated like you are their only customer!!

Great job!
My car was hit in a parking lot, and I needed the front bumper replaced. My car was returned 8 days later, detailed and sparkling like new. I got text message updates and voice mails. Everyone was kind and thorough. Great experience!
