Disappointed in Sales Management
6 months ago I bought a brand new vehicle, during delivery we noticed two different damaged parts on the vehicle, so we pointed them out to both Salesman and the Sales manager. Was told they would get the parts ordered that day and get me taken care of. Fast forward to now, 6 months later I am still receiving the runaround about parts. After writing a negative review on google I was now told that the dealership refuses to fix the previously promised parts replacement. Very unprofessional and very disappointing after buying a near $70,000 vehicle from this business..
