Charge for repairs not made
After having my car towed to be taken care of they had it for 2 weeks and said it would cost a little under $600. I didn’t even get out of the lot and it was the same issue . Plus they did not turn off the check engine light after so called repairs. I drove it back around they cleared the check engine light and as I pulled onto Alcoa hwy the light came on again.
It jerked and pulled and did level out about 1 minutes but started jerking again. and I wanted to cry after giving up that much money. Now they say well if that didn’t fix it next we need to put in a transmission. That cost is about $4000.
I could not get a call back about my car. One girl was out sick and i understand her not calling but I called another girl to check she said I’ll call you back. On day 3 I went with my son to the place and they said this time we will have it ready around 12. Well they were ready for my almost $600 but what ever they did didn’t make it safe to be on the road. Was suppose to flush transmission and do trans restart. . I told my son if I get on the highway and I have something bad happen to me please make sure they are sued. Worst thing I’ve ever experienced with a place that is supposed to be reputable. I’m mostly upset because they probably knew this was not gonna fix my car and I’d have to leave it to have a transmission put in. They have gotten the last thin dime out of me they will ever see. Shame on your mechanic department for not just admitting they couldn’t fix my car.
