Addressed my concerns
Had a good conversation with Blair and Michael after I gave my initial feedback. Things have been difficult there because of COVID which I can understand. At least if you voice any concerns they're willing to go the extra mile to make things right so I appreciate that and none the less I think the car is great so I'm happier with my experience now.

Salesmen are uninformed; Mousa (finance) was great
Salesman didn't explain any features of the car or answer our questions during test drive or right after. Not clear if it's ignorance or laziness. After sales care has been terrible too with getting completely ignored with no response to answer texts or emails with questions about the car.

Mousa (the finance manager) was great though. Very polite/funny, not pushy and very helpful in making the final part of the transaction go smoothly.

Keith and Mosa are the best
The team I interacted with are combined of 3: Keith the Sales Guy, Ahmad the Sales Manager and Mosa the finance. All were above excellent. I did deal with other dealers in the past but those guys are uncomparable. They are helpful, knowledgeable, flexible and cooperative. I really appreciate this team very highly and recommend them to anybody.
