Brought my 2020 Ram 2500 in for recalls and warranty work Apr 18,2024- June 21 2024. They had the truck in the shop for 65 days!!! Upon receipt, I noticed my front fender was scratched and damaged from tech not using body protection on my truck. They agreed to repair my fender.
Then 9 months later I notice 2 large dents on each side of my cab between the bedsides and cab. Obvious damage from when they removed my cab for repairs. I took it back to them to show them, they took pictures and documented. Norman the service director calls me and offers me $350 for repairs saying that’s all they can offer since it’s been 9 months and I didn’t notice.
I shouldn’t have to look over my truck with a fine tooth comb looking for damage when leaving the dealership!!! Technicians and staff have no integrity for others hard earned money and possessions. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!!
