Took my Outback to Turner's after being referred to another body shop who couldn't repair it for 3 months, and I found they were not Subaru certified. Turner's was able to schedule it sooner, but also took the time to listen to what I said about issues after being rear-ended, immediately looked under the car and found more damage. They texted me and sent pictures of additional damage, explained what they were doing and identified items upfront that the insurance may not pay for, so no surprises. In the end, insurance paid everything, but Turner's was proactive, which I appreciate. Hopefully, I won't need a body shop again, but would definitely go back to Turner's.
