Reliable, Honest, and Knowledgeable
Having a 30-year-old Trans Am presents many challenges. Although my car has very low mileage for its age, that doesn't mean the various parts always hold up after 30 years. That's where Turner Auto comes in. They have repaired and replaced various components over the last couple of years and I have always been very happy with the results. The latest repairs needed were the replacement of the various suspension control arms and related parts. My current Trans Am is my third so I know how they are supposed to handle. Within a few miles of driving after I picked it up, it drove like a new car. It is much more responsive and I feel safer in it. I will never go anywhere else for my future car needs.

Appraiser on old 1989 Jeep Wagoneer
I can’t say enough about Austin and Dave. I spoke to them over the phone explaining to them that I was flying to Richmond only to view this classic vehicle. The appraisal was excellently priced. They saw me right away, even though I had a tight schedule and they made everything work. Their appraiser made us feel confident and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. It’s a shame. We don’t have shops like that back home.

Disappointed
I’ll start by saying the service here is extremely quick and the front desk staff are extremely kind. The reason I gave this company 2 stars was because I recently started hearing a squeak when I turned on my car, got worried so I took it in. I was told I needed to get a new belt and some additional stuff, so I did it. Little over $1k in cost but worth it (or so I thought). When I get my car back it seems like some of my compartments had been rummaged through, there was a book I kept above my glovebox compartment on the floor and some change on the floor as well. Didn’t think much of, cleaned up the book, thought I had just dropped some of the change earlier on. Leave, start my car the next day and the squeak is still there. After 5 minutes of fiddling around I find out it’s my AC making the noise, and was never my belt. Maybe it was just luck I took it in for one and they happened to catch something I never would have noticed with the belt but that feels extremely fishy, and after paying over 1k the main issue I had still exists. I then am going to a toll road on the way to work and go to get some of my quarters and find my emergency gas money ($10) had been taken as well as ALL of the quarters I kept in my car. That had been there prior to going in as I regularly check that compartment for toll roads, change I get, ect. So at this point I feel robbed. My car is still making noises, I got a repair I’m now not 100% sure I needed to get, and my money was taken out of my car. I called in and the front desk was extremely kind about it all and told me a manager would be made aware and since then I’ve heard nothing. I’m disappointed. I won’t be going here again and I suggest other dont as well. If you do choose to, take the money out of your car, and be sure the repair you need actually happens.

Quick and painless oil change
I called at the last minute to see if I could get an oil change for my 14 passenger bus and Turner was able to fit me in, do it diligently, and a communicate quickly when it was done I sure appreciate them and will have my buses maintenanced there again!
