To their credit, they owned up to the problems, and did what they could to make things right. I have a LOT of respect for that. There were many factors involved here, my temper being one of them. Ray, Scott and Vicki all stepped up with communication and efforts to get things sorted. I honestly thought I would be looking for a new garage, but at the end of this, I have to give them a chance to get their five stars back.
