They forgot to put a tank back after changing my alternator. From that point on, their customer service and how they dealt with the mistake was the worst. At the end the owner denied a refund, not even partial. Not only it was a rookie mistake they made, the lack of professionalism handling the situation by both the manager Dan and the owner who said he contacted us to talk about the matter when he didn't. Go to another service center. Tuffy corporate offices will not back you up either.
