service was fine, but we had to put down parts deposit to order parts prior to insurance company paying TSI and we were told that after insurance company paid them, they would refund or deposit. Well we got our truck back, in mid July, have been calling and email and have gotten no information except that it was handed to owners to sign a cashiers check and send to us. well still receiving runaround and they have blocked my phone number as phone starts to dial it disconnects..very dishonest owners, and staff just gives a runaround.
